GetESAPaid (“we”, “us”) provides software that helps education providers register as ESA / school-choice vendors and produce compliant invoices and records. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Not legal, tax, or compliance advice
GetESAPaid is a document and workflow tool. ESA / school-choice rules vary by state and change frequently. You are responsible for verifying every requirement against your program’s official handbook before submitting. We do not guarantee that any invoice or registration will be approved.
Your account & content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (including student information) and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You retain ownership of your content.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
